Payment

The current operational payment method at Bahia is Oman Arab Bank (OAB). This method may change or other authorized methods may be added; the method displayed on the payment and order confirmation page will be the reference.

  • Do not send full card details, passwords, or verification codes via WhatsApp or email.
  • An order is not considered paid until the payment provider confirms the success of the transaction.
  • Any deposit or payment related to a detailed request must be stated before the agreement is finalized and without prejudice to legal rights.

General delivery

Delivery fees, destination, carrier, and estimated delivery time are displayed before completion where the system allows. The customer must enter a valid address and phone number and respond to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and do not supersede any expressly agreed-upon binding dates.

Operating rules specific to this store

  • Reasonable storage and transportation requirements for heat-sensitive products shall be observed where the product specifies, and the customer shall not leave the shipment unclaimed for an extended period after notifying the carrier.
